Managing billing

Billing lives under Settings, then Subscription. Only Owners see it.

How OmniSaaSy is priced

  • You buy licences. A licence lets one property relay, and belongs to one channel: a Facebook licence cannot be used on a Trustpilot property.
  • Each licence has a tier. Tiers differ only in their monthly message allowance. A message is one relayed item in either direction.
  • Licences are billed monthly or yearly. The interval is chosen at checkout and applies to the whole subscription.
  • Buying more channels earns a volume discount, shown on the subscription summary as a percentage.
  • Payment is by card through Stripe. Your card, invoices and receipts are managed in Stripe's billing portal, reached from the Subscription tab.

Starting a subscription

  1. Open Settings, then Subscription.
  2. Use the channel cards on the left to choose how many licences of each channel and tier you want. Use Search channels to find one.
  3. Pick Monthly or Yearly in Your Subscription.
  4. Choose Continue to Checkout and complete payment in Stripe.

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14 day free trial for up to three channels. No card is needed to start it. If you select more than three, the trial does not apply and billing starts immediately. A trial ends in one of three ways: you add a payment method and it rolls into a paid subscription, you let it lapse and it cancels, or you choose Cancel your trial to convert to a paid subscription straight away. Trials cannot buy top-ups. Only a workspace that has never subscribed qualifies for a trial.

Changing your subscription

Use the same channel cards to add or remove licences, then Apply Changes.

  • Adding licences takes effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the period.
  • Removing licences is scheduled for the end of the current period. Until then the affected licences are locked: they cannot be assigned to a new property, and appear under Scheduled Changes on the Pending tab. Cancel all changes undoes the schedule.
  • Changing a property's tier is done from Manage Licences. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period.

When a reduction takes effect, OmniSaaSy decides which licences give way: unassigned ones first, then those with the least usage, so your busiest properties keep relaying. Properties that lose a licence stay connected but stop relaying, and the Owner is emailed a list of them.

Assigning licences

The Licences card shows how many you have Purchased, how many are In use, Unused and how many properties are Unlicensed. Manage Licences lists every property with its channel, tier and message usage, and lets you reassign in bulk. You can also assign a licence from a single property's settings panel; see Configuring channels.

Usage stays with the licence, so moving a part-used licence to another property does not reset its allowance.

Message top-ups

The Message top-ups section sells packs of extra messages. Packs go into a shared top-up balance that any licensed property draws from automatically when its own monthly allowance runs out. Each pack has its own expiry date, and the pool is spent soonest-expiring first.

Choose Add top-up, pick a pack, and Buy. The card on file is charged; if that fails you are taken to Stripe checkout. Top-ups need an active paid subscription: trials cannot buy them, and an overdue payment must be settled first.

The Allowance by property view shows each property as On track, Running low (85% used), Using top-up or Out of messages, so you can see where a top-up is being spent.

Payment problems

If a payment fails, the Subscription tab shows Your payment is overdue and changes to the subscription and licence assignments are read-only until it is settled. Relaying also stops until the payment is resolved. Choose Update Payment Method to fix the card in Stripe.

Cancelling

Cancel Subscription cancels at the end of the current period. You keep relaying until then, and can choose Resume Subscription at any point before it. Cancelling also discards any scheduled downgrades.

After the period ends, properties stay visible and connected but stop relaying. Any remaining top-up balance is kept but cannot be spent without an active subscription. Subscribing again is a fresh checkout and does not include another trial.

Managed subscriptions

If your subscription is arranged through an account manager, the Subscription tab shows an Enterprise badge and the self-service controls are hidden. Contact your account manager to make changes.
