Welcome to OmniSaaSy

This is the documentation for OmniSaaSy, the bi-directional relay between your customer channels and your Intercom workspace. Reviews, comments and direct messages from each connected channel arrive in Intercom as conversations, and replies from Intercom are relayed back to the channel they came from.

• Channels: one page per supported channel covering what you need on the platform side, how the connection works, and what is relayed in each direction.
